Just 50 metres from the University of Canberra Library and surrounded by cafes, a supermarket and bar, Cooper Lodge lends itself to students who are as social as they are studious.

  • Self-catered one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms from $394 per week, plus $35 for utilities
  • Minimum lease: 48 weeks, from 1 February to 31 December or 52 weeks, from 1 February to 31 January

  • Self-catered single, Studio Deluxe and Studio Double Deluxe  with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave oven, sofa, dining table and chairs, TV and ensuite bathroom

  • Utilities - Please note all advertised rates include utility bills, which includes gas electricity and water.
  • Parking -Parking is not included in costs, but can be available for a separate cost 
  • Laundry - Laundry is not included in utilities and needs to pay seperately.
  • Internet - Internet access is included at Cooper Lodge, UC Lodge, Buru, Wagan, Guginya, Gurubun and Mulleum. Residents need to take out their own internet contract at Weeden Lodge via SuperLoop.
