Campus life at 黑料网 strikes the perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquillity. Located in Bruce, surrounded by bushland and the natural beauty of Lake Ginninderra, you鈥檙e within easy walking distance of everything Belconnen has to offer.

Our progressive approach to education extends to our campus too. In creating stylish, comfortable and technology-enabled spaces, we can embrace the new ways of learning we鈥檙e renowned for.

But it鈥檚 not just made for study. Absorb the atmosphere on our central concourse with lunch in the Refectory, drinks with friends or some shopping at our retail village, or stay fit while you study at our on-campus Sports and Fitness Centre.

The UC Library is in Building 8 on our Bruce campus. Here you鈥檒l have access to a range of resources, facilities and services both in person and online, as well as multiple study spaces for individual and group use.

From books, textbooks and DVDs to journals, newspapers, theses, law resources and subject guides for your specific course, our library has all the academic resources you'll need to be successful in your studies. It's also equipped with computers and printers that can be accessed 24/7.

Our library staff are here to help too and can assist with anything from navigating and using the library, to research consultations and exam support when you need it.

Our teaching and learning facilities have been designed with your future career in mind. From contemporary, industry-standard learning environments, to study facilities purpose built for both individual and group work, our campus spaces help support your learning and prepare you for the real world after graduation.

You'll develop your practical skills in specialist learning environments including practice nursing wards that mimic clinical environments, TV and radio studios with editing suites, a state-of-the-art biochemistry mega laboratory, and sports science labs with an Environmental Chamber for elite athletes.

We also have a range of computer laboratories across campus with varying opening hours so you can access one whenever you need to. Each laboratory has either Mac or PC computers installed with the latest state-of-the-art software packages.

The University of Canberra Hospital and Health Hub at our Bruce campus are home to a range of high-quality health and wellbeing facilities open to students, staff and the community.

You鈥檒l have access to qualified doctors, nurses, counsellors, psychologists and psychiatrists at our Medical and Counselling Centre, as well as student-led clinics in occupational therapy, physiotherapy and more. There is also a suite of private community health facilities, with clinics covering radiology, pathology, cancer care and medical imaging, a hearing and speech centre, and a pharmacy.

Sporting facilities

Our Bruce campus offers a range of sporting facilities as part of the innovative 黑料网 Sporting Commons precinct.

These include our competitively priced gym 鈥� the 黑料网 Sports and Fitness Centre 鈥� plus outdoor ovals for soccer, rugby and cricket; indoor courts for netball, basketball, squash and futsal; and studio rooms for group fitness classes.

For parents and carers interested in study, having access to childcare is essential. We have two quality childcare centres at our Bruce campus catering for babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children, from birth to six years.

Kirinari Early Childhood Centre

The Kirinari Early Childhood Centre is located on the corner of Kirinari Street and University Drive South. A community-based co-operative run by parents and members, the centre meets the National Quality Standard for education and care services. It's open from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, and children bring their own food, fruit snacks and filled drink bottles with them each day.

Wiradjuri Preschool and Child Care Centre

The Wiradjuri Preschool and Child Care Centre is based in Building 5, which is also the home of the Faculty of Education. The centre exceeds the National Quality Standard for education and care services, and is open from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5.30 pm. Children bring their own food, fruit snacks and filled drink bottles with them each day.

Walk or cycle to UC via bike paths that double as footpaths and keep an eye out for green cycle ramps to follow once you鈥檙e on campus. You can lock your bicycle up safely at one of our many bike hoops and storage areas.

Our College Street bus station is also well serviced by buses, with routes connecting Canberra suburbs both during the week and at weekends. Most buses feature wheelchair access and services for those who are hearing, vision or mobility impaired, and have two bicycle spaces fitted at the front. The easiest way to pay for public transport in Canberra is by using a .

There are several different types of parking for students, staff and visitors to choose from when visiting UC鈥檚 Bruce campus.

Casual parking is available on a pay-as-you-go basis between 8 am and 5.30 pm, and packs of 10 pre-paid casual parking tickets can be purchased in advance for a more cost-effective option. E-permit parking is available either per semester or via fortnightly payments.

If you hold a valid Australian Disability Parking permit or Temporary Australian Disability Parking permit, you can use any of our 81 accessible car spaces for free.
