Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Interpret knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to presentations through the lifespan/age related difference;
2. Demonstrate knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to the reproductive system;
3. Integrate knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to fluids and electrolytes;
4. Synthesise comprehensive knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to the respiratory system;
5. Synthesise comprehensive knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to neurological and cardiovascular systems; and
6. Evaluate and apply comprehensive knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology in relation to case studies.
