You can easily update your contact details by completing our simple online form.

It is important to keep all of your contact details up to date not only so we can continue to contact you, but also tailor our events and communications to suit Alumni.

If you are not receiving communications from the Alumni Office it may be because we do not have your correct contact details or you have unsubscribed. Please update your details to ensure your details are correct and you can be contacted. If you think you may have unsubscribed and would like to opt back in, let us know and we can change your subscription preferences.

If you have updated your details but are still not receiving emails  please email alumni@canberra.edu.au.

A testamur is the certificate that you received when you graduated from UC. You can order a replacement copy of your academic transcript or testamur. However, this request is not managed by our team and can take a couple of weeks to be processed. 

Alumni of the University are welcome to visit and borrow books from the University Library. Please complete the Alumni Library Membership Application Form.

Please note that Alumni do not receive access to online journals through the Library. There are many online journals available through Google Scholar or you could visit your local city library.

Alumni can access the free Wi-Fi available on the University of Canberra Bruce Campus. Simply register as a guest using any email address and create a username and password.

Unfortunately, the University of Canberra is no longer in a position to provide Office 365 email accounts to Alumni. From 31st May 2022 existing accounts and their contents will be removed.

This decision has not been made lightly, but due to support complexities, and cyber security implications, this service is no longer able to be maintained.

All Alumni and past students have been notified and given time to take the appropriate steps.

There are several ways you can stay connected to the University of Canberra through social media both socially and professionally.

Access to Mahara is available for UC alumni who graduated on or after 2013. Alumni can register for ongoing access to Mahara by sending an email with their name, student ID, date of graduation, and request for access to: Servicedesk@canberra.edu.au

On applying for alumni access to Mahara you will be supplied with a new password and asked to change this to one of your choosing when you first login.

Once you have access to the UC Mahara Portfolio you can continue to .

Currently this service is provided to UC alumni free of charge and for an unlimited time. These terms may change and you will be notified in advance of any changes via the email address that is saved as part of your Mahara profile. 

Support for Alumni using Mahara will be of a self-help nature via the .

The file storage quota for Mahara is 250MB, in the event the maximum file quote is reached, cloud storage options such as Microsoft OneDrive will need to be used, and the content then embedded in, or linked to from Mahara pages.
